We are looking to hire a front desk receptionist for our Auto Repair Shop we have been in business since 1967 and we are Growing. We would like someone outgoing and reliable. Must be available Tuesday thru Friday 7am to 5 PM 1 hour lunch and Saturday mornings8am to noon.
Daily Tasks include.
-Welcoming new customers and making them feel comfortable in a new environment
-Signing up new Customers
-Answering phones and scheduling new appointments
-Learning our management system for billing, attendance and communication with members
-Maintaining inventory
-Proving daily updates to upper management
-Basic cleaning of lobby area
