Concrete Finisher / Turf Installer – Year-Round Work
Location: El Paso, TX
We are looking for someone with strong skills in concrete work who can also install artificial turf.
If you know how to do great concrete, we can teach you the turf side quickly.
This is not a training position. We need someone with real experience who can work on their own and with a crew.
Job Duties
Pour and finish concrete: patios, slabs, curbs, mow strips, stamped concrete.
Install artificial turf (base prep, seaming, finishing).
Load, unload, and use tools and machines (compactor, saw, mixer, Bobcat S70).
Follow plans for grade, slope, and drainage.
Keep job sites clean and safe.
Requirements
At least 2 years of concrete finishing experience.
Able to set correct grade and slope.
Reliable transportation.
Able to work outside in all weather.
Good work ethic and teamwork.
Extra Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with outdoor kitchens, pergolas, fire pits, or other hardscapes.
Pay
Pay based on experience.
