Concrete company seeking dependable, hardworking individuals or crews to work in North Eastern Montana. You will not regret leaving the crowded city to experience rural Montana. Positions are seasonal with the opportunity for advancement and year-round work. Duties include concrete form carpentry, concrete finish work, and concrete demolition. Projects range from decorative patios, residential foundations, and slabs, to commercial foundations and slabs. All relocation expenses are covered by us, and housing and transportation is provided for seasonal positions. As an owner I consider myself personally liable for the well-being of my employees, and am dedicated to treating company employees very well. Pay is dependent on experience, and experienced individuals are preferred. Pay scale is as follows.
-$20-$25/hr: Light experience working with and forming concrete framework.
-$25-$30/hr: Verifiable experience finishing concrete.
-$30-$35/hr: Verifiable concrete experience with foreman capabilities. A truly dedicated individual who can run a crew efficiently could be offered a year-round salary position as well.
