Responsibilities may include:
-Prepping 'Make-Ready' Units
-Minor plumbing,
-Minor HVAC
-Minor Electric
-Minor Woodworking
-Drywall/painting
-Maintaining properties
Must have own tools
Must be able to lift in excess of 40 pounds
Must have reliable transportation
Must have valid Drivers License
Must pass background check
Minimum of 5 Years Experience necessary
Pay based on skills, experience, and performance
