We are looking both full time and temporary for commercial and residential Maestros with at least 10 years of experience or more.
MUST HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE ON ALL CONSTRUCTIONS CATEGORIES:
You may have items that you are not fully experienced with and that can be discussed and determined if thats an issue. But should have knowledge on all the items listed below.
- Sheetrock/Drywall/Compound
- Tile/Wood Flooring
- Roofing: TPO/ Hot mop/ Tile/ Reroof /New Roof /Shingle/ Metal
- All Types of Concrete
- Framing Metal and wood
- Painting
- Stucco
- Plaster
- Small Repairs of all kinds
- Maintenance up keep
- Plumbing
We do require that you have your Basic tools. As well as reliable transportation
