We are an expanding sand operation dedicated to supporting Hydraulic Fracturing for Oilfield Services. We're on the hunt for skilled Sand Operators, Heavy Equipment Operators, and experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics ready to work on a rotational basis, complete with accommodation and daily allowance. Sand Operator - Responsibilities:

Maintain consistent communication with customers, drivers, and dispatch teams to guarantee safe and efficient sand delivery, while complying with all regulations.

Work closely with dispatch to update on sand counts and schedules, guide truck dispatches, and make necessary reroutes to avoid demurrage charges.

Gather and verify freight tickets, bills of lading, and additional load-related documents.

Manage a high volume of calls and electronic messages during shifts.

Oversee and direct the off-loading of company and third-party trucks at well sites.

Keep track of on-site sand inventory, calculating usage for each stage and the overall volume needed.

Ensure bulk sand trucks are unloaded efficiently, maintaining legal weight limits and adherence to site-specific product standards.

Uphold a secure working environment by wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety guidelines.

Comply with all company safety policies, executing tasks safely and precisely.

Abide by all relevant local, state, and federal legal requirements.

Perform regular maintenance checks and services on sand fleet equipment.

Escalate customer complaints to the site supervisor for prompt resolution.

Assist at other sand fleet locations as required.

Manage the unloading of bulk sand trucks and facilitate product transfers.

Heavy Equipment Operator - Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include the safe operation of a commercial Front End Loader.

Efficiently operate the wheel loader and any other necessary equipment to fulfill job duties.

Work conditions may include confined spaces, working at heights, significant lifting, and extended periods of standing.

Operate machinery safely and proficiently during both day and night shifts.

Ensure all delivery tickets are submitted to the management team on time.

Perform routine maintenance and lubrication on equipment and conveyors to ensure their longevity.

Capable of lifting 70 lbs. repeatedly over the course of a shift.

Follow OSHA standards by wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE) in specified areas.

Uphold the company's reputation through integrity and professionalism, achieving customer satisfaction.

Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining organization throughout the shift.

Display professionalism and courtesy towards colleagues, supervisors, and the general public.

Ensure punctuality at job sites, ready and properly dressed for work.

Show a willingness to work as part of a team, assisting colleagues or supervisors with additional tasks as necessary.

Heavy Equipment Supervisor - Responsibilities:

Oversee, examine, plan, delegate, prioritize, and directly participate in the maintenance of heavy equipment, general upkeep, and tasks related to sand operations.

Manage work distribution to maximize the use of resources and contribute technical knowledge.

Precisely identify and fix issues with heavy machinery, alongside a variety of other equipment brands encountered in the field.

Carry out comprehensive overhauls or replacements of critical components such as powertrains and hydraulic systems, including engines, transmissions, axles, control valves, and hydraulic pumps.

Maintain a professional presence and conduct when on duty and visiting customer sites.

Follow all safety guidelines established by the company and adhere to specific safety requirements set by customers at their sites.

Keep the workplace clean and ensure company vehicles and specialized tools are well-maintained.

Promote a supportive work atmosphere and establish positive connections with colleagues from different departments.
