We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various types of windows in residential properties. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
Install windows according to specifications and industry standards.
Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during installations.
Apply caulking and sealants to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing.
Perform fixture installations as needed, including window frames, sills, and trims.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites.
Repaired stucco as needed.
Experience
Proven experience in window installation required
Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety practices is essential.
Strong skills in using power tools and hand tools relevant to window installation tasks.
Ability to show up at the customer’s house when scheduled and on time
Excellent communication skills with the customers and a focus on customer experience
