Position: Sand Hauling Driver (1099)
Location: Based near Monahans, Texas
Pay: 50/50 split after deductions (Average driver split: $6,500–$8,500 per week)
Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of driving experience with mandatory pneumatic trailer experience.
MVR: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
Schedule Options:
14 days on / 6 days off
21 days on / 7 days off

Trucks are equipped with:
TV
Fridge
Microwave
Inverter
Drivers stay in the truck near Monahans during their hitch.
Logistics:
Our yard is located in El Paso, Texas.
Drivers pick up their truck in El Paso, drive it to Monahans for the duration of the hitch, and return it to El Paso afterward.
Compensation & Benefits:
Paid via 1099 with direct deposit.
