Drivers must live within 75 miles of El Paso, TX. Very strict about the hiring radius.
Hiring for both company drivers & owner ops on this account for team drivers:
Company Team- Minimum $1286 per driver per week w/ full benefits ($2572 split to be exact and husband / wife teams would benefit as it all goes to one home and they are home every week) - GREAT earning potentional- you can earn more if you run more.
OO team - Minimum $5358.75 per week before deductions (but deductions are minimal - call for details)
Drivers are out for 5.5 days and home for 34-hr reset every week.
Drivers can run TJX team freight prior to lane launch so can come aboard prior to launch but permanent lane runs as PU parts in El Paso and deliver and get racks in Louisville. Projected miles are off 1.5 turns per week.

Job Requirements
- Drivers need three (3) months experience (Combination of OTR/Regional/Local) in the past year and at any time completed an accredited school or carrier approved training program.
- NO drugs or alcohol charges [including possession] (felonies/misdemeanors/DUIS) in the last 5 years.
- If you have tickets or accidents- we may be able to work with you, give me a call or send me a text at (704) 978-7374 to review them and let you know if you qualify. But if you have ANY of these in the last 3 years it won't work: (Passing a school bus, Leaving the scene of an accident, Reckless Driving/Coasting out of gear, Speeding 20 mph or over, Four (4) or more Speeding Cit. (Regardless of speed), Violating an Out of Service order, Any moving violation resulting in or associated with an accident, Failure to clear, slow or stop at a RR crossing or Texting while driving)
