Job Summary

The role is within Technology and Operations Business Office Organization. Responsible for Vendor Management and Sourcing technical products and services for engineering business units. Must have a strong technical background and knowledge of the organization (technology, processes, procedures, tools, applications, systems, etc.) and technical providers (such as technology companies, service providers, contractor suppliers, outsourcing and offshoring, etc.) coupled with a strong

business background in vendor management, contract management, governance, compliance, service level management, security, financial management,

project management, asset management, etc.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for End to End life cycle of vendor and contract management, including onboarding, offboarding, governance, performance reviews, contract administration (creating PO through invoice payments), resolve disputes and escalation issues, SLA adherence, security compliance, productivity management, offshore vendor compliance/qualifications
• Analyze and review current vendors to assess if they meet current company needs.
• Gather technical requirements, identify and analyze sourcing vendors and options, providing financial analysis and recommendations for vendor selection
• Support RFx process, contract negotiations as a liaison with Supply Chain/Procurement, IT, and Legal team members
• Provides support in the area of strategic roadmap review from an internal technology aspect coupled with Vendor Technology Roadmaps, reviewing best practice, understanding current and future trends in technology (hardware, software, licensing, sourcing, etc.), and formulating strategies to rationalize vendors and products in

order to focus investment towards strategic solutions.

• Responsible for vendor portfolio financial management including forecast, actuals, invoice validations, PO creations etc.
• Support transition management analysis and support, executive coordination and communications, data management and analysis, reporting and metrics

Requirements and Qualifications

• BA/BA in Business/Information/Systems/Engineering/Math/Sciences
• 5+ years of experience in vendor services in a technical domain
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Must be able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP; Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP); ITIL Foundations Certification
• Negotiation skills
