Key responsibilities include:Developing and implementing personalized treatment plansProviding direct ABA therapy as neededSupervising and training Behavior Technicians & BCBA InternsConducting parent training and educationManaging clinical schedules and optimizing client outcomesLeading and mentoring staff to ensure high-quality servicesCollaborating with leadership and operations teams to ensure smooth center functioningQUALIFICATIONSCurrent BCBA certification & LBA licenseMaster’s in ABA, Special Education, or related field2+ years as a BCBA, 1+ year in early intervention2+ years supervisory/management experienceCPR/AED or BLS certification (AHA-accredited, in-person demo required)
