This individual plays a critical role in driving projects forward specifically as the data conversion leader for a major Commercial ERP implementation.This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days a week on-site in either our San Jose, CA; Denver, CO; or Flower Mound, TX office.Potentially time required onsite more during particular phases of the program.Who we want:

What you will do:You will play a critical role in driving projects forward in a predictable and expedient manner, while staying accountable to timeline, budget, resources, and risk management. You will have direct responsibility for keeping the stakeholders and senior leadership teams informed of project status across multiple sites. Through your personal leadership, influence, and communication, you will inspire confidence in the team’s ability to execute. This role will directly lead multiple core team members in planning and execution of the Data Conversion workstream and will be accountable that workstream objectives are delivered on-time and within budget. You are a proven and experienced leader who is able to effectively deliver solutions for our business to enable us to achieve our mission of making healthcare better.

Lead all planning and execution activities in the Data Conversion Workstream, leading your team of SME’s, Power Users, and Testers. Create and implement effective communication and reporting at the project team and program level. Develop and manage the detailed program Gantt chart. Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones.

Build a solid understanding of ERP System requirements, limitations and constraints in order to effectively lead your workstream in planning and executing necessary deliverables and tasks.

Proactively manages and mitigates project risks. Facilitates timely and data-driven decision-making to support the project timeline and budget, engaging stakeholders and leaders, as needed.

Predictive understanding of impacts of decisions throughout organization.

Estimate, acquire and assign cross functional program resources. Define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member. Provide direct feedback to functional manager on performance reviews. Coach and mentor team members. Recruit and onboard staff; participate on hiring teams for cross-functional groups.

Direct responsibility for keeping the stakeholders and leadership teams informed of project status. Instills confidence in stakeholders within the business through proven track record of project completion.

Develop and Execute communications management plan for program team, key stakeholders, and business leaders.

Ability to work collaboratively with IT function and understand how IT business requirements relate to system functionality and commercial business processes.

Understands and implements Corporate guidance into Business Unit level requirements as required.

What you will need:

B.S. in a scientific or engineering field preferred; business, finance or IS field will be considered in conjunction with experience required.

8+ years of work experience required; 5+ years of project management experience preferred.

Successful experience with integration of business IS systems; ERP (SAP) experience is highly preferred.

PMP or PgMP or equivalent preferred

Proven track-record: experience successfully completing multiple projects delivering products or solutions as a project manager.

Experience working in a regulated environment; acute attention to detail; knowledge of medical device quality systems, manufacturing and design controls is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Project with experience creating and regularly maintaining project timelines.

$95,100- $204,000 . salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program).This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
