Role : L3 Citrix Administrator
Job Description L3 Admin (Relevant Exp : > 10 Years)
This role requires the individual to:
Work in rotational 247 shifts
Possess excellent inter-personal communication skills.
Knowledge of administration of Citrix VDI (CVAD) environment
Strong knowledge in design, implementation, troubleshooting of XenApp and XenDesktop (CVAD)
Have performed Citrix upgrade and farm migration from planning through implementation
Good Understanding of App Layering
Citrix Patch Management and policies configuration
Automation using PowerShell
Managing Citrix license & RDS License migrations and renewals.
Deploying and supporting Citrix Gateway and Citrix Provisioning Services.
In-depth knowledge in different Citrix technologies like XenApp/ XenDesktop (CVAD), provisioning services
Hands on Experiences on Web interface, Store Front, Studio and Delivery console
Experience in PowerShell Commands to work on XenApp reporting and Troubleshooting.
Good understanding with Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, AD & Citrix Policy Management.
Knowledge of AD/DNS/DHCP
ITIL Knowledge (Incident /Problem /Change Management)
Good troubleshooting skills in Citrix printers, profiles, resource manager's thresholds, installation manager, Citrix Farm Configuration
Able to work with the SMEs to drive major incidents and work towards RCA
Handle any technical escalations
Coordinate with Vendor or Engineering Team for Technical issues as and when required

Knowledge on Application deployments.
Disaster recovery planning and execution.
Providing capacity planning inputs.
Creating best practice documents, known error records, knowledgebase articles etc.
Work on Service Improvement Plan and Innovations
Training of team members on various aspects of technology and project requirements.
Next Gen technology research and knowledge sharing.
Knowledge and understanding of Citrix security patch or Cumulative updates.
Installing, upgrading, configuring of required Citrix products
Coordinates implementation of new installations, designs, and migrations for technology solutions
