We are hiring for someone who can do data entry and reporting or Full-time bookkeeper.
Your role will entail the following -
Logging into different portals / sites and copy / pasting information into a Google Spreadsheet
Keeping the numbers updated / organized across different Google Sheets
Emailing / Tracking changes in performance
Doing this daily and on time / reliably
You will also be responsible for the following:
Posting of all the Sales invoices.
Posting of bills received from the Vendors
Keep track of accounts receivables.
Monthly Bank reconciliations.
Managing AP Aging & pay accordingly through Bill To.
Please note - this job requires 5 hours a day and least 3 hours a day. We are looking for someone we can work with who is comfortable being part time on this.
