Property management company in Galveston County seeking a reliable and skilled contractor for ongoing maintenance tasks. If you’re experienced in handling a variety of maintenance issues and can manage daily tasks efficiently, we want to hear from you. We have several hundred properties that need work.
Responsibilitieswill vary day to day but may include:
Handle maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
Perform light plumbing and electrical work
Conduct lock changes and light make-ready tasks, including sheetrock repair and painting
Address smaller maintenance needs, while larger projects are managed by local vendors
Take before and after pictures of work completed
Requirements:
Valid insurance required
Reliable transportation is essential; a truck with a bed for hauling is preferred
Must have own tools necessary for maintenance work
Working cell phone is required for communication and documentation
Dependable and able to work independently
