The kitchen sink has been backed up since the last heavy rain and is currently not draining. The property is on city sewer and appears to have a sewer line backup.
Scope of Work:
Come prepared to scope and clear the main sewer line if needed.
If any damage is found, document thoroughly.
Check surrounding areas (cabinets, walls, baseboards) with a moisture meter.
Photograph all findings.
