We are a property management company looking for an experienced and dependable maintenance contractor to handle service tickets in and around the Galveston area.
Typical Work Includes:
Minor plumbing (toilet repairs, garbage disposals, leaks)
Light electrical (outlets, switches, ceiling fans)
Lock changes & rekeys
Drywall patches & touch-up paint
Move-in/move-out inspections
General handyman tasks
Requirements:
Must speak fluent English
Must have your own tools and reliable transportation
Must be professional and able to communicate clearly with office staff
Must be dependable and able to complete work in a timely manner
Smartphone required (for photos and updates)
Must pass a background check
Nice to Have:
HVAC knowledge
Experience working with rental properties
Ability to provide estimates on larger jobs
