IPS is looking an individual to assist in the new real estate asset division. Seeking a receptionist, administrative assistant, able to handle accounts payable and receivables using Quick-books, basic bookkeeping skills needed, must have basic computer office skills. Applicant must have professional appearance able to work flexible hours ( some evenings and weekends). Dependable, self-motivated and trustworthy individual needed. Must have reliable transportation, local to League City area.
Marketing skills a positive, internet-based using website and website building software.
Assistant is needed to assist Manager in leasing and selling of Real Estate.

Duties:
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, planning, and working sales leads.
Assist in other miscellaneous office tasks and marketing sales projects.
HOURS: 12pm-8pm Mon-Sat
Requirements: 25-40 hours per week
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Applicant should be detail oriented.
Microsoft Word and Excel, Quick-books a plus.
