Job Description
A Manager of a Floors For Living location must be committed to constant and never-ending improvement in themselves and all associates under them. BUT YOU MUST START AS A SALESMEN. This is a commission only position. We encourage those who are secure in starting something that will open many doors for growth. We pay the highest commission in the industry. This is for Closers. We want true sales professionals who are eager to make great money and have an even better home life balance.
Listed below are the key areas of responsibility and focus for a Managers success now as well as in the future.
Sales Training
The commitment to the memorization and proper presentation of our selling system must be worked on every day. Every sales associate must have a minimum of 2 training sessions with the Manager every week. These sessions are to last no less than 30 minutes.
Product Knowledge Training
The Flooring Experts must be more than just a slogan. It must be who we truly are. Managers are to have a minimum of one Product Knowledge Training Session every week. Documentation pertaining to the sessions must be forwarded to Senior Management and FFL Reports prior to Sunday every week.
Organization
The key to making $100,000 or above lies in the organizational skills of every sales associate.
Procedures - Adherence to paperwork and data entry procedures is critical in reducing the stress for you and your associates. Management has the final responsibility for paperwork and data entry coming out from their store. Managers must review sales associates paperwork and work to train themselves and associates on proper procedures and data entry.
Store Maintenance Keep store maintained per the procedure.
Other Duties as Directed By Management - Other areas of responsibility and focus will come into being in the future due to the fact that business is ever changing.

Qualifications and Skills
Straight commission sales experience required.
3 YRS COMMISSION BASED EXPERIENCE
INC. D2D, B2B, CAR SALES, REAL ESTATE ETC.
MUST BE PROFESSIONAL BOTH IN DRESS AND MANNERISMS.
MUST HAVE A LAPTOP
MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE and RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
MUST START OUT AS A SALESMEN (WE ONLY PROMOTE FROM WITHIN)
MUST BE A SELF STARTER
MUST BE A LEADER and A CLOSER.
