HELP WANTED: Embroidery Machine Operator/Shop Assistant
Hart 2 Heart Stitching & Designs is looking for our next shop teammate! Our fantastic embroidery team member is moving on, so we’re looking for someone who can jump in and help keep things running smoothly.
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10am to 6pm with an occasional Saturday (10am to 2pm)
About the Job: Your primary responsibility will be operating our FIVE commercial embroidery machines, prepping and hooping, trimming/finishing pieces, and quality checking orders. Prior embroidery experience is helpful, but not required. We will train the right person! What is required is a fantastic "can do" attitude, friendly demeanor, great team player, and the ability to learn quickly and stay organized.
We’re looking for someone who:
Learns new skills fast and confidently
Is a team player and ready to hit the ground running
Pays close attention to detail
Can keep up in a busy, creative environment
Likes dogs — because Sully (our sweet goldendoodle shop mascot and unofficial manager) is here daily and expects pets
