CPA is seeking to add to his current staff a full time employee.
Candidates must be detail oriented, computer literate and highly organized.
Duties include but not limited to:
Calculate and file Sales tax
Open/Close sales tax permits
Fill out forms for state and IRS
Call State offices
Respond to letters
Communicate with clients
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
Proficient with Excel
Highly Organized
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Excellent communication skills
Professional personal appearance
Spanish is a plus!
