Small Accounting Firm looking for (1) individual for a Full Time Position.
Interested applicants must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience using QuickBooks desktop or QuickBooks online.
Skills for qualified applicants to include:
Balance and maintain accurate ledgers in QuickBooks
Coordinate bank deposits
Coordinate tax returns with CPA, along with payroll, operating, and business taxes
Support data entry
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
Experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks A MUST
