ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process contracts upon approval instructions from indirect underwriter, ensuring all documentation received from the dealerships/vendor is accurate and complete for disbursement. Confirm all underwriting conditions are met as stipulated in loan approval. Ensure loan documentation is complete and complies with lender guidelines. Connect with indirect business partners via email or phone on the progress of the loan. Communicate funding issues and funding status to Indirect business partners.
