RMR (recurring monthly rev) Specialist

Our client, a Houston-based security and fire protection systems provider is looking for an RMR Specialist (recurring monthly revenue). This role is responsible for timely updates to Customer records in FieldHub (or other customer management system) for contract changes, including new contracts, emergency notification forms (ENF), equipment changes and other relevant customer information.

Responsibilities:

Process complete RMR documentation daily

Forward needed RMR documentation (email/mail/DocuSign) to customers daily

Complete and forward Insurance Certificates to customers as requested

Process incoming emails requesting new monitoring services/cancel existing monitoring services

Follow up with Monitoring Stations for activated/cancellation confirmations as needed

Prepare reports on a weekly and monthly basis providing management insight into the current state of customer contract documentation, customer adds, customer attrition, reconciliation of MSC customer records and central stations, including cellular and video monitoring records

Respond promptly to all customer requests

Follow up with RMR collections

Work with other employees to coordinate the efficient execution of duties

Perform other duties as requested by the Manager

Experience and Educational requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent.

2-4 years Admin experience

Basic knowledge of Microsoft office suite: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.

Must understand accounting

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and communicate in a professional manner.

Compensation: $22/hr to start, after 3 month performance review may receive a raise up to $24/hr max. Benefits, PTO, 401(k).
