Position Summary:
As a Tax Refund Specialist, you will work directly with clients in your community to assist them with their tax preparation needs. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the tax process, ensuring they receive accurate refunds, and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to earn a competitive commission based on the fees generated from your services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive tax preparation services to clients, including gathering necessary documentation, reviewing financial information, and filing accurate tax returns.
Educate clients on tax laws, available deductions, and credits to maximize their refunds.
Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to client inquiries, and offering guidance throughout the tax preparation process.
Maintain confidentiality and security of client data in compliance with industry regulations.
Stay up-to-date with current tax regulations, ensuring all filings meet federal and state requirements.
Collaborate with the Efile United LLC team to troubleshoot and resolve any tax-related issues for clients.
Uphold Efile United LLC’s standards for accuracy, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions.
Requirements:
Experience in tax preparation, customer service, or related fields (preferred but not required; training can be provided).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
