We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Laundry Manager to oversee the daily operations of our laundromat. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full time employees, daily operations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with any issues or concerns.
Manage inventory and supply levels for laundry products and vending machines.
Handle basic troubleshooting and maintenance for machines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in retail, customer service, or hospitality.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle day-to-day operational responsibilities.
Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting machines (training will be provided).
