We are an AC company and hiring customer serivce. this postion is flexiable and allows you to work from home. Most of the work is the commnunication jobs and you can complete is in front of the computer. We can consider to pay cash.
What you need to do ?
1. Answer phone calls from customers and creat the job in our working system;
2. Check the payment status from customers and follow up with them until they paid;
3. Dispatch technicians for jobs;
4. Maintain relations with customers;
5. Check the source of the equipment part with our suppliers;
What's the requirment ?
6. Good communication skills and good athic for work;
7. Easy personality and can keep calm all the time;
8. Detailed person;
9. Good at computer operation and fast leaner;
10. Male or female are both considered;
Note:
You need to understand you are going to talk with some customers and they complain a lot. So you need to have a good temper. You will also hear a lot of respect and greetings too that will make you feel happy with the work. but greetings are much more than complain because our site technicians always do good jobs.
If you have experience working for some AC company before, that will be a plus.
This is not only a customer service job but also need some management skills.
