WKA ASSOCIATES - Is currently seeking full time collectors for their HOUSTON office (WEST CHASE AREA). Collectors must have the ability to meet and exceed monthly goals. Must make required calls daily. Strong communication skills are mandatory. Potential candidates must have the ability to multitask, and problem solve. Handle high volume calls inbound and outbound. Manage your work file, managing time utilizing the dialer system and manual dial time. You will be required to skip trace and locate debtors daily. We are currently collecting on high balance credit cards auto defaulted loans, consumer loans, and retail accounts.
All positions are in office NO REMOTE
Pay -$700 - $1500 per week
Compensation- Starting Salary TBD BASED ON DEBT COLLECTION EXPERIENCE -PLEASE HAVE REFERENCES AND PROOF OF NUMBERS /GOALS ACHIEVED-NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS POSITION IS FOR A SKILLED DEBT COLLECTOR. ALL REFERCENCE WILL BE VERIFIED.
10% Bonus once goal achieved
Full medical and dental paid by company after 90 days
