We are looking for an experienced customer service rep. that can provide "world class" customer service to enhance the Oaks Cleaners experience for clients. Roles & Responsibilities:
-Answer phone calls and messages from customers
-Handle customer pickup and drop-off
-Check reports and maintain store inventory
-Use POS system for customer transactions
-Mark in/process clothing
-Maintain a neat and clean workspace
-Report to management of issues
Qualifications:
-Strong communication skills
-Computer/tech savvy
-Patient and sympathetic attitude
-High school diploma
-Fluent in English
-Must be able to read & write English
-1+ years of experience in customer service
-Problem solving skills
-Must be able to stand 8hrs+
-Can lift up to 20lbs
