Job Summary
RedCap Staffing is currently seeking an energetic professional for a customer service representative position in the West Houston area. The ideal candidate will provide support in the areas of employment, recruiting and staffing. They will also assist with compliance documentation, offer generation, and placement of quality candidates. Supports candidates through the interview process and keeps them keep informed along the way. Keeps up-to-date on recruiting requirements, standards and processes for each of the clients. They will also coordinate the hiring process of new recruits including but not limited to background checks, drug screening and motor vehicle record reports. In this position the ideal candidate will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Requirements

Effective communications skills
Must be willing to agree to a background check and drug screen pursuant to local, state and federal rule
