Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping answer questions, schedule appointments, and provide support to our internal teams. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers happy.
What We’re Looking For:
0–2 years of customer service experience (training provided)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable internet and ability to work independently
Attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Responsibilities Include:
Answering customer inquiries via phone and email
Scheduling service calls and coordinating with field technicians
Maintaining accurate records and customer information
Assisting the office team with general administrative tasks
