Position: Customer Service Specialists
Job Description: The Customer Service Specialist will play a key role in the success of our company. The CSS will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining customer relationships with the intention of creating long-term relationships.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls.
Respond promptly and appropriately to all emails received from customers.
Maintain and create new customer relationships by following up with customers when necessary; answering questions or concerns; and or providing information regarding products, pricing, and other aspects of the business.
Manage customer accounts in order to meet company goals for productivity, customer retention, and call volume.
Office Hours:
Monday through Friday- 9am to 7pm
Saturday- 10am to 5pm
Sunday- OFF
Pay Offered:
$2,950 Monthly Minimum + Commissions – No Experience. Approximately $12.00 an hour and $18.00 overtime.
$3,200 Monthly Minimum + Commissions – Limited Lines License. Approximately $15.00 an hour and $22.50 overtime.
Requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent Computer and Communication skills.
Preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish
Preferred experience in Retail and Sales.
