We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is an onsite position. In this role, you will manage customer relationships, oversee bookkeeping, facilitate property transitions, and ensure seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Answered user inquiries and troubleshot issues related to software support and billing inquiries.
Facilitate transitions of properties, ensuring all details are handled smoothly. Resolve any unexpected issues that arise during the process.
Created and presented proposals to potential clients and correctly followed up with sales leads.
Manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they have a positive experience from the start.
Resolve discrepancies in billing and payment and communicate with the clients in writing and verbally.
Provide month-end reconciliation assistance for customer accounts.
Manage all business contracts and essential communication records and maintain office supplies.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or billing role is required;
1-3 years of B2B customer support experience is required;
web page design or graphic design background is preferred;
excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential;
A 4-year college degree is preferred but not required if the candidate has equivalent working experience.
