Job Description
They are responsible for overseeing the safety in an event. They preserve order among patrons to protect the property where the event is being held. They guarantee that everything goes smoothly, safety wise, during the entire duration of an event. They are also responsible in serving as a link between the establishment and law enforcement officials. They make sure that the operations run in an orderly and secure manner. As such, any individual who may be causing disturbances can be sent out of the establishment. They are also there to provide reports to management regarding important accidents or problems that need attention and necessary actions.

Requirements
TABC Certified
Discretion and confidentiality
Assist all floor members with the clean-up of the area assigned for shift. To ensure a safe and clean environment for all patrons
Club Admissions
Searches on all of the people entering the premises
Confiscate contrabands that are deemed to be unsafe for the particular event
Check identifications to make sure that everyone entering the event is of legal age
Enforce dress code and refuse objectionable attire
Enforcement
If a physical altercation happens, they need to be able to break up fights and physically eject people from the building
Access and egress control and fire safety duties
Calls the police to report criminal acts, as required
Use force only in self-defense or detention for police
This position requires availability to work weekend nights.
