JOB DESCRIPTION
A Dental Office Scheduler position plays a vital role in making outgoing calls and handling incoming calls to our dental office and answering Patient's questions and providing excellent service. The specialist drives results by building strong schedules for our Doctors by making outbound calls to our existing patients (warm leads) and making appointments for their dental treatment and dental hygiene visits.
We are looking for top performers with a track record of success who are comfortable working in fast-paced clinical setting. The Ideal candidate is confident in answering and making calls with a customer-centric attitude. A leader in his/her role, this person will be responsible for calling patients and convincing them about the value and need of dental treatment and generating enthusiasm for our dental procedures.
Call Center Background is a plus!
Dental Insurance verification experience required
Bilingual is a plus!
Dental office experience or Health-care related experience preferred!
Pay will be determined base on your previous experience and performance. '

Schedule:
Mondays 8-4pm
Tues-Thurs 8a-6p
Fri 7a-2:30p
Late Thursday - Sept-May, 1st Thursday of the month 9a-7p

Dental office scheduling: 2 years- required!
