I’m looking for motivated, self starting people to bring on to the team! I’m mainly concerned with someone having great people skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to keep learning.
We’re a rapidly growing financial firm in the Houston area and we’re looking for 10 new representatives to help clients, as well as a 5 key individuals to develop into leadership roles to help run new locations.
We provide world class training and education for new reps! We build and develop from the ground up by providing in person mentorship, classroom education, and online materials.

Responsibilities:
- Support senior advisors in providing comprehensive financial analyses
- Assist in collecting client financial data and creating plans
- Learn about various financial products and assist with client inquiries
- Collaborate with team members on administrative tasks and projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
Minimum Requirements:
Clean background
Valid SSN
Over the age of 18 (25+ preferred)
Customer service skills a plus
Bilingual a plus
Managerial skills a plus
