Assist customers with drop-off and pick-up of garments
Provide information about our services, pricing, and promotions
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter area
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience is preferred

Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
