Full Time Office Assistant for Call Management

We’re looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a full-time bilingual office assistant. The primary responsibility is to make and manage calls effectively while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed in the office.

Requirements:

Bilingual (English and Spanish) with strong communication skills.

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
