We're looking for a couple of receptionists to attend the office phone, qualify and follow up with potential and existing customers, update the calendar, and maintain constant communication with team leaders. Sometimes you will be taking care of coordinating delivery materials for the crew and other small tasks.
The position is Part-Time (NO Home Office) working the morning shift and evening shift
Requirements
-Excellent written and spoken English skills. Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
-Professional, confident and friendly phone presense
-Must be on time for shifts and have a positive mindset
-Proof of experience with customer service, receptionist, assistant or other related areas (at least 1 year)
