Insurance agency seeking candidates for an available position as an Insurance Customer Service Rep. Insurance experience is preferred however is not required. All training will be provided. Position is full-time and in-person only. Great opportunity to learn the insurance industry and gain valuable knowledge.
Job Duties include:
-Answering and directing phone calls.
-Keeping electronic records complete and up to date.
-Quoting insurance such as home, auto, flood, motorcycle, boat, umbrella insurance, etc
-making changes to policies as necessary (adding/removing cars/drivers, change of address, etc) -sending proof of coverage to clients.
-processing customer payments.
