Role Description
This part-time, remote role as a Customer Service Representative at AGS allows you to work from home. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and completing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assisting with order processing, shipment tracking, and client requests
Conducting surveys and gathering customer feedback
Performing tasks like printing, mailing, and scheduling
Maintaining positive client relationships and delivering top-tier customer service
Requirements:

Must have access to either a phone, iPad, or computer with an internet connection

Strong communication skills and the ability to manage tasks independently are ideal
