Job Description:
As a Remote Virtual Call Center Agent at Saudade Connections, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions. This position offers the flexibility of working from the comfort of your own home while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide information, assistance, and solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
Maintain a high level of knowledge to effectively address customer needs.
Follow established call center procedures and quality standards.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality and response times.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.
Attend training and development sessions to enhance your skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
-Must be at least 18 years old
-Must pass a skill assessment and background check
-At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
-Excellent phone etiquette as well as verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
-A computer device
-Headset or headphones with microphone attachment
-A quiet work area
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working independently from a remote location
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
- Ability to adapt to changes and a willingness to learn and grow

Approval is contingent upon your skill assessment and background check results. If you pass, you may proceed. If not, you will be prompted to have your credentials removed from the platform.
Each agent MUST be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Once you apply at saudadeconnections.dudasites.com, you will be directed to orientation, which will give you a general overview of the position and answer all questions. Once finished, you will proceed with registration. A background check and skill assessment will ensue. Once approved, you will choose a company to work for and undergo a training period with them. After certification, you will have the opportunity to select your own schedule and begin earning. We are available Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm for assistance or to answer any questions!
