B2B company is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Service and Admin Assistant. The successful candidate will help support our customers and help with our software systems. You will assign support tickets, answer calls, assist customers over the phone, and perform daily mailing of our marketing materials.
The following skills are required to be successful at this job:
1. Computer and Email skills are a must.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. The ability to speak and write both English and Spanish.
4. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
5. Full or Part time available, if student we will work with your school schedule.
