Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Preferredr Bilingual but not a must – English/Spanish)

Location: between Howellville & Meadows Place.

Job Type: [Full-time/Part-time]

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, but not a MUST. with a passion for delivering excellent customer care and contributing to a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service via phone, in person, ensuring all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

Communicate effectively with customers, addressing concerns, inquiries, and providing accurate information.

Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.

Handle customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues with empathy and customer.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and excellent service delivery.

Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records when necessary.

Requirements:

Female, between 27-35 years of age.

Have a stable transportation to work.

Able dress presentable.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Spanish is not a must.

Prior customer service experience is required.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly to customers and colleagues.

Must be a responsible, stable, and dependable individual with a strong work ethic.

Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.

Empathy and patience in handling customer and customers concerns.

Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and a passion for helping people.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office or POS. If not, we'll train.
