Technical & Logistics Specialist (Technical & Logistics Associate)
The Opportunity
coVita is seeking motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to join our growing coVita family in Texas.
Highlights of this career include but are not limited to:
Technical
o Assist in analyzing and improving repair & support systems
o Manage product repairs/service through ticket/case system
o Answering product, order, and technical inquiries from our clients
o Collaborate on improvements to our proprietary monitor software and apps
o Help with product preparation and branding
o Prepare & test devices
o Analyze and track repair reimbursements using existing tools
Packing, Shipping & Logistics
o Pick, pack, and ship client orders (small handheld medical products and accessories)
o Manage delivery, receipt, & breakdown of product orders from suppliers (requires lifting boxes)
o Organize stockroom for efficiency, accuracy, and cleanliness
o Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards
o Research and provide shipping quotes for domestic and international shipments
o Assist with the importation and shipment of products throughout US and worldwide
o Troubleshoot shipping and logistical problems to resolution
o Liaise with our suppliers to satisfy client needs
o Respond to telephone and email correspondence in a timely manner

Helpful Experience
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, UPS WorldShip, ShipStation
Experience with customer relationship managers (CRMs) and QuickBooks
Be able to work in a team environment as well as work independently
Successfully prioritize and manage time sensitive projects on a daily basis
Thinks outside of the box; searches for innovative solutions
Salary - Based on experience.
