We are looking for a candidate that has studied Ceramics in college. Candidate should expect to work with students from 4 years old, to adults. As such experience teaching in a class will be beneficial.
They should be able to demonstrate the following:
Wheel throwing
Hand building
Creating a glaze
Loading a Kiln
Reclaiming and reprocessing clay with a pug mill
Maintaining student work from creation to firing to bagging pieces to return
Maintaining a clean studio and kiln room.
This job requires the candidate to work from Monday to Saturday. 35-40 hours.
Pays $16.00 -$18.00/ hour
