IOR’s Language Training department provides key support to help expatriates and their families learn the new language of their host country. IOR provides Language Training for clients in all 50 US States and in over 40 countries through a network of over 1,000 independent contractor trainers.
Job Summary
The part-time freelance Language Trainer will provide language training for employees and their families who are relocating for international job assignments. Language Trainers are expected to complete a short online training and adhere to basic IOR guidelines but are free to use their own materials and teaching methods for their lessons.
Our current need is for an English trainer to instruct 2 business expatriates in Spring, TX.
Student #1 is a native Hindi speaker with the target language of English. At a beginning to high-intermediate level, would like to start lessons as soon as possible, prefers in- person lessons, and is authorized for 60 hours, would like lessons 5 days per week with a duration of 1.5 hours. Student #1 is available to participate in lessons Sundays-Fridays 5pm-10pm and Saturdays 2pm-5pm.
Student #2 is a native Hindi speaker with a target language of English. At a beginning to high-intermediate level, would like to start lessons as soon as possible, prefers a mix of virtual and in-person lessons, and is authorized for 60 hours, would like lessons 3 days per week with a duration of 1.5 hours. Student #2 is available Mondays-Saturdays between 2pm-5pm.

Job Qualifications
University Degree
Minimum 2 years of language teaching experience
