Qualifications for Lead Teacher:
- Speaking fluently in Spanish
- English is a MUST.
- Bachelor's in education or equivalent
- Experience working with children.
- CPR and First Aid.
- Passion of education.
- Open to changes.
- Excellent organizations skills.
- Plan and develop programs and activities suitable for the children's needs.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
- Maintain a good work environment with coworkers.
- Have an excellent customer service.
