Job Responsibilities
Do takeoffs using Planswift and prepare estimates and proposals using Microsoft word/excel
Develop Shop drawings for current projects
Revise architects' red-lined drawings and resubmit for approval
Interaction with field Team Members for projects under construction
Ensure established deadlines are met
Facilitate problem solving with fellow team members
Follow instructions of managers accurately with efficiency
Utilize AutoCAD and other programs to develop layout and diagrams with attention to specification details
Job Requirements
Knowledge of Architectural drafting and the ability to read construction drawings required
Proficiency in AutoCAD software required. PlanSwift10 experience is a plus.
Work well under time constraints
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Service-oriented mindset with a team player attitude
Must be able to multitask and produce accurate work
Must possess strong time management skills and have the ability to handle the pressure of tight deadlines
