Looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Cad Designer that is wanting to take on additional task into estimating Commercial Plumbing projects. As an estimator you would be at the front line providing an accurate cost estimate per the plans. Once you provide the estimate. If the contract is approved, we could then compile CAD Drawings then convert to PDF based off the estimate you provided. (Backgrounds are provided from Client) While Providing CAD Drawings you would be responsible for getting the takeoff of fixtures/quantities from your estimate and gathering quotes from suppliers. Once the fixture quote is awarded you would then request submittals to send to the client along with the drawings.

Requirements –
CAD Experience is required
Estimating Experience is a plus
Construction Knowledge is a plus
